My Valentine...

Will you be my VALENTINE?  Well, DUH!~ Especially if you brought me one of these cute little ditty's.

Are they not the most adorable little thing!  First let me say, NO I didn't make these.  I haven't the time. But oh I wish I did have the time, because I think these are just the cutest little ol' hearts!

Made from vintage bedspreads that have been color died, or from pieces of cutter quilts.  Just a sweet little thing that would make anyone smile.  I know that you all thought I had forgotten Valentine's Day, because this post came so late in the day, but I had a lot of things on my list this morning and I am just now getting around to it.  I want to close with this cute little TRUE STORY, that will make all you girls SMILE.  Last night I had to take a run into Wal-Mart (one of my least favorite places on the planet) to get some vacuum cleaner bags of all things and right in the front of the store they have all this Valentine stuff piled in front of your face, like someone would really MISS IT if it wasn't right in the front of the store.  But while I rushed past the crowded section, I took a moment to look around at the people, and you know that Wal-Mart is ALL ABOUT THE PEOPLE WATCHING, there stood MEN, clusters of MEN, shuffling their feet as if they were kick'n dirt on the baseball field.  Pacing up and down the short aisles filled with heart shaped candy boxes, cards, stuffed animals and ready made fresh flower bouquets.  It was like they were LOST.  Like they had never shopped before.  As if they were DAZED...it was the FUNNIEST THING I THINK I HAVE SEEN IN A VERY LONG TIME.  It's sad to say, but MEN need our help ladies.
