I just wanted you to know that I have enjoyed your Round Top day-by-day posts immensely!!! I have shopped Round Top/Warrenton for several years and your posts have been great! I KNOW it has to be TONS of work behind the scenes, and I always think about that when shopping among the glorious displays--thanks for sharing!

Looks like fun... we had to miss the show this year- in the middle of
my husbands Cancer treatments every two weeks but stopped by two
weeks ago just as it started. It made me want to try and find a small show to do just for the fun of it.... maybe we will just stop by and meet you at the Country Living Show when we come back through on the way home. Love your blog...

What a thoughtful gesture to drop by her vet's. When I went by Jake's groomer, she told me very few people take the time to let her know and she always wonders why some of her favorite pets stopped coming. I know it was a hard stop to make for you, but truly a lovely thing to do.

I agree with Sue and Carole. It'll be 3 years on May 22nd that Hannah left us and Kodak left us on 11/1/2010. I miss them everyday. I still have one of Hannah's stuffed toys and for many months I could still smell her on the toy and her collar but the scent has left but not the memory.

I still cry for them, in fact I am shedding a few tears for them and for you. Those who love you and love animals, understand your pain.

And those that don't, it's sad that they don't understand the unconditional love that our fur babies give us and how much they are a part of their family.

One of these days I will make it to Round Top. Give Deb (Talking Trash) a big ((HUG)) from me!!!

I am SO sorry about your baby Tricia...I know it breaks your heart. Just remember that you were lucky to have her in your life and she was very lucky to have you. I'm sure she had a wonderful life. I really do feel for you, I've been through it before more than once and I'll be facing it again in the near future. I'm not sure how I will cope. I just know I will because I'll have to. Remember the happy moments you shared.

I am so sorry. You are the second person today that I follow who had to say goodbye to their beloved fur baby.

My heart goes out to you. I know the pain and the loss. You will be reunited one day. Until then she is pain free and playing with all her newfound friends at Rainbow Bridge.
